FOR SALE,

               A small tract of Land in the district of Columbia lying and bounded on the South side of the Turnpike Road leading from the city to Bladensburg & joining the country seat of Col. Wm Brent, containing about 30 acres, the whole undergoing fence and one third of the whole undergoing thriving timber. On the said tract, is one of the handsomest scites [sic] for building in the district, having a view of the Eastern Branch, and a great way into Prince George's county, also of the Turnpike Road for one mile, the site being within 250 yard [sic] of the road, and not more than 20 minutes ride from the Capital. For terms (which will be very moderate) apply to the subscriber near the Navy Yard.
