The subscriber will sell on seasonable terms, A SMALL FARM, containing
25[2] acres of land, lying in Prince George's county, on the north-east branch
of Potomack [sic]w, 2 1-2 miles above Bladensburg, and 7 1-2 from the City of
Washington. There is on it a Dwelling
House and many other impovements, all of which are new; a sufficiency of wood
and rail timber, and a good proportion
of meadow ground. For situation, water
and health, it is probably exceeded by none. -- For terms apply to the
